Please let me know if my deceased sisiters children are entitled to a share of my deceased brothers estate he died in ny without a will. Thank you PJS

Yes. In New York, the children of a pre-deceased sibling take a share of the estate where the individual died without a will.

I agree with the other suthors, presuming there are no others who might be higher up the intestacy distribution chain - like a spouse or his own children, or your parents.
