disinheritance

can an executor disinherit an heir? I am currently in a dispuit over a contract regarding a breach of contract for sale of real estate with my uncle, who is also the executor,so he has ''disinherited me'' can he do that?

An exeucutor has no power to re-write a person's will.

If you mean can he ignore the provisions of a will the answer is no.

YOU CANNOT BE DISINHERITED FROM A WILL ALREADY IN PROBATE. IF IT IS YOUR UNCLE'S ESTATE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, HE CAN CHANGE HIS WILL TO DISINHERIT YOU.
