Distribution of Trust Funds

I am the benefactor of a trust fund that was left to me 13 years ago by my aunt. This could not be distributed until my uncle passed away. Unfortunetly that happened last week. Since the will was probated back then how long does it normally take for distribution of these funds from the trust?

Your question states that you are the "benefactor" of the trust. I assume that you meant to say that you are the "beneficiary" of the trust. If I am correct that you are the beneficiary, contact the trustee and advise him of your uncle's passing. The funds should be distributed immediately.
