Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

im divorced with 2 girls.. i work nights from 3pm-11pm. since my children were born ive always taken care of them in the morning from 7am until 1pm. when my ex and i decided to divorce i told her eventhough i will be living 10 minues away i wanted to still take care of the girls in the morning. im an excellent father. in the divorce she put this stipulation in that i can have the girls monday through friday "when shes working" my ex has deciced not work work and is being spiteful keeping the girls from me days at a time. All i want are my girls in the morning like ive been since they were born. can courts modify visitation rights for fathers so i can see them more? thanks
