Durable Power Of Attorney

What are the limits of D.P.O.A.? and when one has P.O.A. what is the process in going about to activate this position, Banks, Stock, etc.?

POA is only limited by the language of the document. If it is a broad document, there should be no limites on what assets it covers and what can be done with the assets. If you are not sure, you can FAX me a copy of the document (973)-377-8167) to review and answer any questions.
