Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
Can an estate executor in NY charge the estate for days off that they had to take to administer the estate. When leaving my job, had I not taken these days off, I would have been paid out for these vacation days.

You are entitled to petition the court for a commission for your work as Executor.
