Estate Transfer

My deceased father's sister wants to Transfer his Estate to me as he did not leave a Will & she wants me to have it. What Forms do I need?

First, if your Father died witout a will, his property is passed to his surviving wife and children (you) by operation of law.

Next, as far as forms, it depends on what the property is and in whose name it's in now.
