Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

hello, the executor of my grandmothers will has passed away leaving two trusts undistributed. one for my cousin Jennifer and one for her mother, my aunt Elaine. the will states Elaine can only have the interest from her trust do to her drug addictions and upon her passing the trust be divided between my sister, my cousin and myself. my cousin Jennifer has recently turned of age to receive her trust but the is no administrator. how would I go about applying for the position in Suffolk county ny? Thank you in advance for your help

The will should have had a successor Executor. If not, a Petition must be filed to substitute with the Surrogates Court in Suffolk County. Would also need to read the Will and Trust Agreement. Suggest you retain counsel.
