Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Does the executor of a will have the right to live in a residence that a partial recipient of the estate lives in? The executor does not get mail to the residence and it is not their address. Can the person who lives at the residence request that the executor of the will vacate the property?

An owner can evict anyone living there without permission.
