i am faced with forclouser my 12 year old has money coming to her in the form of a settlement from a birth injury is there any way i can us this money?

Since she is a minor, she cannot consent to your use of the funds. This must be approved by a Court and she must be represented by her own attorney, which may be someone appointed or approved by the Court also.
