Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
My family is fighting like cats and dogs over my mothers estate. I have stopped talking to almost all of them. But, I will have to communicate to them at some point regarding things related to the Will. They are just so hard to get along with and seem to not only disagree with anything I have to say, but also insult me at the same time. Can anybody give me any advice as how to get along with them, even if just a little bit.

Easiest is to retain an attorney to represent you in all estate matters, who should be able to cut throught the morass and move things along. Alternative is litigation in the Surrogate's Court to resolve all open matters.
