Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
My father dies 30 months ago with only a unsigned will. I was named Administrator but a sign will has just been located. What will happen?

Unless the valid will names an executor, you can have your status changed to executor.

I agree. It also depends upon what remains to be done with the estate. If you completed everything, presumably nothing remains to be done, so just ignore the Will. Of course, if the Will provides differently from what yhou did or may be doing, the Will controls. More information about the status of the estate is needed to provide more information.
