Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Father passed away leaving his home to myself and my sister with lifetime use given to my stepmother. She has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's/dementia and will not be living in the home. Can her POA just hand over the keys? Or is there more involved?

There's more involved. You definitely need a lawyer here there are various issues intermixed.
