My father passed away leaving a house. He has a will. Does the sale of the house go to the siblings

The house becomes part of his estate only if he owned the house as an individual. His siblings inherit only if he has no spouse, parents, children or grandchildren surviving him.
If the house is owned jointly with another, it goes to the survivor,
