Filing documents with the court
When given documents of the final accounting of an estate, does the court clerk record them (scan/stamp) upon receiving them, or wait until a decree is granted?
Thank you

Re: Filing documents with the court
In Californiia, the accounting is usually an Exhibit to the Petition for Distribution, so yes, it would be filed in the court before the Order for Distribution.
