Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
How can I find out the contents of my fathers will? My mother died before him and my sister is the executor. I don't speak to her.

If the will was filed for probate, you would have received a Notice of Petition. If you did, the will is on file at the Surrogate's Court in the county your father resided in.
Otherwise, you have a claim as a beneficiary together with your siblings for equal shares in the estate.
