how do i find a copy of a will that is 30 years old. thanks

If it was probated or registered with the Surrogate, go to or call the Surrogate's Office in the County where the person resided. You can examine the Will or have a copy sent to you for a small fee. If the person who wrote it is not deceased, a copy will probably not be available.
