How do i find out about my fathers will & the status of the will, who passed away on June 15, 2009?

Check with the Surrogate in the County in which he resided when he died. You should be able to get all the information you require, if it has been probated. I suspect nothing has been done since you have no information and were not cited yet or provided a Notice of Probate.
