Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

how can I find out infomation if the the executor of the estate don't tell you when the money comes in to the account.

Me and my sister live in North Carolina but she is the the executor of my father account who won money from the City of New york about 1,000,000. My refuses to give my information and by the way there is no will.

You may start a Miscellaneous proceeding for an accounting under Article 22 of the Surrogate's Court Procedure Act.

Assuming that you and your sisters are distributees of the estate, you may bring a proceeding in Surrogate's Court to force the administrator of the estate to file an accounting.
