Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

We cannot find the original will. Is our copy valid in NYS ?????

You do not indicate if the Testator has died.

If not, you MUST prepare and execute a new original will.

To attempt to probate a copy of a lost will is an expensive, time consuming, and by no means successful process.
