Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Where can I find and print, the NY state statutory fee schedule that a probate attorney must abide by? He is charging the estate a percentage of the assets. I'd like to calculate an approximate fee so my Mom will know what to expect to pay.

There's no such schedule in New York. The percentage your lawyer is asking for as his or her fee will be in the retainer agreement. I would suggest you call me to speak about this.
