Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Is a foreign court's Probated Will valid in India if it has been signed , sealed and registered by the Indian Embassy in the foreign country and then counter stamped (attested)on arrival by the external affairs ministry, new delhi? Is this probate enforceable in India?
