Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Foreign Nation withholding rights of heir.

Recently, My Grandfather (resident of Belarus) died and had a very substantial estate in Belarus. Including real estate, personal property, bank accounts & Etc. I his Grandson was named as sole heir in his will. I am also his only living descendant. The Belarussian Government locked all his assets upon his death and claimed ownership of it entirely.

Basically, The question is this.. What can I do about this. I am a natural born US Citizen.
