Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

My grandfather didnt name me in his will at all. Not even for a nick nack. Can I attest the will its going through probate. I believe I might have been in the old will, but my aunt made him change it

You probably don't have legal standing to object to the will. Unless there's real money at stake you're probably wasting your time, but it may be worth a couple of hundred dollars to show the lawyer the will and see what she says.
