Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
My grandma passed away and has a will, my father pre-deceased her. I just got a letter and copy of her will. The letter states that me and my brothers and sisters are not a beneficiary under her will. But her children who survived her are,and if one of them shall pass away than there children are entitled to what ever moneys there is.Now my question is why am i or my brothers and sisters not entitled to anything?

I suggest that you obtain a copy of the will and have an attorney review it for you. Based upon the limited information you presented, it appears that you may be entitled to benefit from the will. Make sure your rights are protected by speaking with counsel.
Your Grandmother had no legal obligation to leave you and your siblings anything.
If she promised you she would and/or if you think that her children unduly influenced her not to then you could file an objection to the will in Surrogate court.
