am heir , executor of estate has not contacted me that step mother had died. My father will stated estate to be divided to 3 children if his wife died..what can i do if no answer.

By law the executor must notify you during the process of probating the Will. If you have not been notified, you should check with the Surrogate's Court in the county where the decedent resided to see if the Will has been presented for probate.
