Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
Hello,
My sister asked me to be an agent on a POA New York Statutory Short Form and has granted authority for each of the matters identified in the POA. My question is, in the event that her or her husband passes, do I then assume responsibility for their debts?

2. On their death your POA is void.
