house of estate
we inherited my mothers house along with my sister.everything in will splits all assets 50 50.however my sister is living in it . how can we get her out of the house?probate has been filed 1 year ago.

An estate deed should be filed transferring the house from the estate to you and your sister. You should then commence a partition action to sell and divide the house.
