Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
My husband died a few years ago. His aunt just died. The only will she had left him everything. Am I entitled to anything?

Unless you are mentioned, the answer is usually no. I have not seen the Will so I do not know if there is language covering this and,if there is, what it says. It is possible that if you had children with your husband they might inherit in his place. Again, I would have to see the language in the Will.
