Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
My husband is named as one of the beneficiaries in his mother's will and property deed. If my husband was to die, does his entire share automatically transfers to his surviving brother and sister?

The exact language of the will controls what happens if your husband predeceases your mother.
