Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
My husband's uncle printed a last will and testament off the internet, naming my husband as his sole beneficiary and Executor of his will. He's never been married and has no children. Does he have to have the Will notarized or signed by a witness other than my husband?

In NY a will must be witnessed by at least two (2) witnesses. They may not be beneficiaries under the Will.
