I am trying two see if Iam name in a will. If the will is probated were would i look. This is in Kings Count. N> Y>

Wills are public documents that can be viewed, after probate, at the Surrogate's Office where the decedent resided when he/she died. For a small fee you can get a copy. If you are a natural heir, the Executor should notify you and give you a copy.
