My sons dad past away, he has another family ; how do I find out what my son is entitled to; i dont know who his lawyer was,or if he had a will;

Check with the register of wills office in the county that he lived in to see if a will was presented for probate.

If did not leave a will, your son will be entitled to the same share as his other children if paternity was established.
