MY FATHER HAD INHERITED ProPERTY FROM HIS GRANFATHER MANY YEARS AGO. both in the United states and honduras. He often use to carry the documents for the property everwhere he went. hE ALSO USED TO RECIEVE MONEY FROM A TRUST FUND. wHEN HE CAME TO THE uNITED STATES FROM hONDURAS HE BEGAN RECIEVING THE MONEY I believe, AT AGE 29.

mY FATHER AND MOTHER DIVORCED WHEN HE WAS 34 YEARS OLD. I last seen my father when he was 37. WHen went to find him. Neighbors including some relatives had conflicting stories. some say he went to Florida, the neighbors says he died from the result of a stab wound. He just vanished. I have been seraching for every since then. That was 15 years ago. Its possible he may still be alive but if he dead, IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIND OUT IF MY FATHER had any property or investments and if so how can me and my siblings go about getting documents to claim these assets?.

Re: possible inheritance

You are looking or attempting to contact your father you would need to hire a genealogist or investigator to determine where he and his proeprty is . No legal action can be started until you know his status. search the web for the professional you need
