inheritance

my husband's mother has left her house and property to him. if he decides to sell it, he must share the proceeds with his deceased sister's children and his own. what happens to the property when my husband dies? since i am the primary beneficiary in his will, what happens then?

Difficult to answer without seeing the language of the Will. Was the house left outright to your husband, or were some conditions imposed, like giving him the house, but creating interests for other family members? If there were no conditions, and he is the absolute owner, he can leave it to you. If there were conditions, while you may be entitled to inherit it from him, the conditions may follow your inheriting it and be your responsibility. If you could get me a copy of the Will, so I can read it, I can provide a better answer.
