Inheritence Rights

My husband recently inherited a huge amount of money from his Mom, but it's in trust for him through a Financial Investor at our Bank - Does this mean that this money will be just for my husband and not me or our children?

The answer is that it depends upon what the trust instrument says. Without looking at that document, any answer I give would be a guess.
