IT IS NORMAL IN AN ADMINISTRATION FOR SOME FIDUCIARY BOND TO BE POSTED. THE AMOUNT IS USUALLY GEARED TO THE SIZE OF THE ESTATE. I SUGGEST YOUR MOTHER HAVE THE COURT ADVERTISE FOR CREDITORS, UNLESS ALL ARE KNOWN, LIQUIDATE THE ASSETS, PAY THE BILLS AND DISTRIBUTE THE ESTATE SO SHE ONLY HAS TO PAY ONE YEAR'S PREMIUM.
