US Wills are governed by civil, not religious laws. So, it would go by your civil birthdate, not religious one.

Re: Laws on wills of if your islamic birthday will turn you 18 or does it have t

Your question is a little confusing. I think you are asking;

"I am to receive an inheritance on my 18th birthday. The US calender date of my birthday is somehow different from my Islamic birthday. which will be used to determine my inheritance date?"

If the will or Trust under which you are to receive the inheritance refers to Islam, then you could argue your Islamic birthday conforms with the intent of the person who gave you the inheritance. If not, then the western birthday will control.

What counts is when the person who gave the property to you wnated you to get it.

Please let me know how the Islamic and western birthdays are different.

18th Civil birthday unless the will specifically says otherwise.
