Do I have to leave money to my siblings, nieces, and nephews. I am married with no children

No. The only person you must leave money to is your spouse.

You may leave your property to whomever you wish. You are not required to leave anything to your family members. However, if you disinherit your spouse, he or she may "elect" and may take the greater of $50,000 or one-third of your estate.
