How can I legally obtain my deceased brothers truck and motorcycle ?

Someone needs to probate his Will or apply to become administrator of his estate, to sign over the titles, presuming you are the sole heir or only person named in his Will. If he had no Will and you are the sole surviving family member, you can apply and be appointed.
