Letter of Inheritence

Where can I find a sample letter to inform some family members of a cash donation my deceased uncle left them?

A simple letter from you, presuming you are the Executor, just stating that the addressee is a named beneficiary under the Will and entitled to receive a bequest of a certain amount, should suffice. I suggest contacting the Surrogate to see if any additional forms are necessary for them to sign to acknowledge receipt (like a Release and Refunding Bond). These forms are usually available at the Surrogate's web site. If you are not the Executor, this should come from the Executor when he advises them of the probate of the Will.
