can i live in my deceased march 10 uncles house that was willed to my grandfather who also passed away in november 09 and was willed the house . my uncles house is paid in full my mother is paying the taxes and all utlities and homeowners. can we live there and fix the house???? my grandpas rpobate will be finalized jan 11

There are too many variables to answer here. However, even if you and your Mom are not the sole beneficiaries, the other beneficiaries will probably be happy you are keeping the house up. Banks who have foreclosed sometimes don't mind people living rent-free so that they keep up the property.
