Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
I live in Ellenville, NY. My 92 grandfather has a living trust in my home that was signed over to me. He is not keeping up his end of the contract and doing proper maintenance on the house. I want to move in to start doing stuff. He will not let me. What are my legal rights?

An attorney needs to review the trust and other documents to advise you.
Some attorneys offer free consultations for these matters. You should visit several attorneys to determine your rights.

I agree. Unless all documents - trust agreement, Deed and any other relevant documents are reviewed, a complete and accurate answer cannot be provided.
