Re: Living Trusts

WHY NOT REPRINT WHAT YOU HAVE AND EITHER MARK THEM AS "DUPLICATE ORIGINALS" OR, IF THEY HAVE TO BE UPDATED FOR ANY REASON (SUCH AS AN ADDITION OF A NEW FAMILY MEMBER OR HEIR), CONSIDER DOING AN AMENDMENT AND INCORPORATE THE ORIGNAL BY REFERENCE AND ATTACH A COPY TO THE NEW DOCUMENT. A SIMPLE SENTENCE IN THE AMENDMENT SAYING SOMETHING LIKE "ALL OFTHER PROVISIONS OF MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENT, A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE THERETO, SHALL REMAIN THE SAME." IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, CONTACT ME DIRECTLY.
