Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

my name is mike we hired a lawyer for my mother inlaws estate and the lawyer is not doing what he is suppose to do she has been dead a year already and nothing is done there is over seas accounts that i need to find out and we will pay the lawyer through the estate no charge now for the question either
