Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
My Mom passed away in January of 2015 and my sister is the executrix of her irrevocable trust. There are 3 other named siblings who are substitutes/successors listed. There are 10 sibling all together who are listed as Trustees. Does the Executrix have the power to keep all information from the named Trustees?? My mom's house has to be sold within a year (two weeks from now) and no one in the family has had any information since my Mom's death. Do the substitutes/successors listed have the right to ask questions???

You should speak with an attorney since there is no such thing as an Executrix of a Trust. The named Trustee controls the trust.
