Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Money in some bank accounts

Hi there. My father died some years

back and had his will probated. Now

four years later, we discover that he

had two bank additional bank

accounts that nobody was aware of.

One bank account was intrust for a

beneficiary, the other one was just in

his name. What do I need to do to

gain access to these accounts? Does

probate have to be reopened? To

make matters worse, I'm down in

Florida.
