mother dies leave will

mom dies 4months ago sister is excutor. i hqaveb live in house 22years and took care of her. can sister kick me out of home i pay the bills on. there is unsecured debit i am willing to asume

You provide no details of what the Will says or the possible size of Mom's estate. There are many possible answers and more facts are necessary. You could have claims for reimbursement of expenses you have paid, but also have exposure to claims for rent for living there. Bills paid by you may be considered as rent. What, if anything, did Mom pay while you were living there? You have an exposure, and this sounds like you need an attorney to assist you, if sister is not willing to negotiate anything. Your agreement to assume debt which might be an estate obligation, also comes into play. I need much more information to provide you with a better answer.
