Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

My mother has a irrevocable real estate trust that she signed 8 years ago. At the time her health was much better. Her house has become to much for her to handle. It is overwhelming her. She would like to sell her home and get a condo. Is it possible that she get out of this trust if all those mentioned in it agree to it being canceled? Thanks for your help.

I would have to read the trust documents. However, depending on the language in the trust, you may sell the house and purchase a condo in the name of the trust.
