my mother has a will i didn't sign it do i still get what she wanted me to

You don't need to sign a will to be a beneficiary of it. The will needs to be properly prepared and signed by the maker of the will according to the laws of the State of New York.

If the will is valid it needs to be admitted to probate in the Surrogate's Court in the county where she lived at her death.

I agree with both answers. You do not need to sign your mother's or it to be valid and once it is probated on her death, you will get what she wants you to have, presuming she has enough assets to cover her bills and debts, plus what she wants to leave to you.
